13-Day Beijing, Xi'an, Guilin & Shanghai Tour

Fly to Beijing. Upon arrival, transfer to the hotel for check-in. (No guide service on arrival day).

After breakfast, visit Tiananmen Square, the central square of Beijing and a venue for major political gatherings and celebrations. Then, explore the Palace Museum (Forbidden City), the imperial palace of the Ming and Qing dynasties and one of the world's largest and best-preserved ancient wooden structures. In the afternoon, visit the picturesque Shichahai Scenic Area, renowned as the "Countryside of the North."

After breakfast, visit the Juyongguan Great Wall, a famous pass along the northern Beijing section of the Great Wall, listed as one of the "Eight Scenic Views of Yan Mountain." Then, proceed to the Summer Palace, the largest and most completely preserved imperial garden in China. Later, take an external view of the Bird's Nest (National Stadium), a key venue for the Beijing Olympics, and the Water Cube (National Aquatics Center), another iconic Olympic venue.

After breakfast, visit the Temple of Heaven, where Ming and Qing emperors worshipped heaven and prayed for good harvests. Then, visit Solana, a high-end comprehensive shopping and lifestyle complex, often called the "Place Where Dreams Begin." Afterwards, explore Wangfujing Street, a centuries-old commercial street renowned as Beijing's "Golden Street."

Enjoy free time in the morning before taking a high-speed train to Xi'an after lunch.

After breakfast, visit the Terracotta Army Museum, renowned as the "Eighth Wonder of the World." Explore the excavated Pits 1, 2, and 3, a golden symbol of ancient Chinese civilization. Then, take an electric cart to the Mausoleum of the First Qin Emperor. Participate in a hands-on activity to create your own miniature terracotta warrior.

After breakfast, visit the Ancient City Wall, the largest and best-preserved ancient city wall in China. Then, explore the Muslim Quarter, a famous street known for its food culture and local snacks. Visit the Giant Wild Goose Pagoda, located within the Da Ci'en Temple complex. In the evening, stroll through the Great Tang All Day Mall, a large pedestrian street with Tang-style architecture, a landmark of Xi'an.

After breakfast, visit the Xi'an Museum, which consists of three parts: the museum, the site of a Tang Dynasty temple, and the Small Wild Goose Pagoda. It is an urban museum integrating cultural relics, scientific research, and garden landscapes. Fly to Guilin in the afternoon. Upon arrival, visit the Elephant Trunk Hill Scenic Area, named for its resemblance to an elephant drinking from the river. In the evening, enjoy a VIP seat for the "Landscape Between Heaven and Earth" show, a performance combining Guilin folk songs, dance, and acrobatics.

After breakfast, take a boat cruise on the Li River from Xingping, an ancient town known for its stunning natural scenery. View Moon Hill, famous for its moon-shaped arch. In the afternoon, explore Yangshuo West Street, an ancient street with a history of over 1,400 years.

After breakfast, visit Silver Cave, a spectacular karst cave known for its stunning formations. Then, take a bicycle tour through the Ten-Mile Gallery, an area with picturesque mountain scenery. Visit Fubo Hill Park, featuring gardens, caves, and cultural relics. Explore Dongxi Alley, the only remaining historical lane from the Ming and Qing dynasties, filled with traditional architecture. See Xiaoyao Tower, a landmark from the Tang Dynasty.

Fly to Shanghai in the morning. After arrival, visit Yu Garden, a classical Jiangnan-style garden from the Ming Dynasty. Explore the nearby City God Temple, a vibrant center for local culture and snacks, and Nanjing Road, known as "China's No.1 Commercial Street." Later, take a stroll along the Bund, with its iconic colonial buildings facing the modern skyscrapers of Lujiazui across the river.

After breakfast, visit Zhujiajiao Ancient Town, a classic water town characterized by its canals and traditional architecture. Then, explore Xintiandi, a leisure district blending Shikumen architecture with modern dining and shopping. Drive past the "Shanghai Triplett" skyscrapers (Shanghai Tower, Shanghai World Financial Center, and Jin Mao Tower). Option to visit an observatory deck for a panoramic view of Shanghai (at your own expense).

Enjoy free time until your transfer to the airport for your return flight.
